More

In this episode, we are joined by co-host Mary Nikkel, founder of Rock on Purpose. We talk about what’s happening in Christian Rock, how it’s evolved over the years, and who to be on the lookout for. We also talk about bands playing mainstream shows and having mainstream influence, which Skillet has been doing very well.

Our guest for this episode is John Cooper of Skillet. We talk about the side projects the members of Skillet have been a part of and how they have influenced Victorious. We chatted for a bit about the posts where John has been tackling tough issues we’ve been seeing in our culture while staying centered in Christ. Like any good Sci-Fi fan, we had to talk a little Marvel and Star Wars to close it out.

The podcast is available on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Stitcher, and on the NRT site.
